We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Operational RTD Security Professional to manage and oversee security operations for our property projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, enforcing security protocols, and responding promptly to security concerns.

• Manage daily security operations across assigned properties
• Implement and monitor safety and security protocols
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards
• Address security threats or incidents promptly and professionally
• Coordinate security measures with other departments
• Manage and maintain security equipment and resources

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales and stakeholder/client engagement is an added advantage
• Proven knowledge of operations management and project management
• High level of responsibility, dependability, and professionalism
• Prior experience in the security industry is required
• Background in Security, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Must be an Amotekun or Spy Police operative
