- Bachelor of Engineering or Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Building Management.
- Strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, and the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of procurement software (ERP/SAP, etc.) will be an added advantage.
