We are urgently hiring a Procurement Officer with strong SAP ERP experience and proven expertise in spare parts procurement. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, purchase processing (PRs, POs, GRNs), supplier negotiation, inventory coordination, and cost control in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have 3–5 years’ procurement experience, hands-on SAP knowledge, and a background Spare Parts procurement in manufacturing or industrial procurement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track and schedule all materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders.
• Open new account when needed.
• Track inventory levels and manage purchasing activities.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Review supplier's proposals and invoices.
• Discuss and analyses material and equipment need with architects and engineers.
• Attend Vendor meetings if required.
