The Procurement Officer will build and maintain relationships with suppliers, source and purchase quality products, negotiate contracts, ensure accurate receipt of orders, and assist kitchen staff in optimizing raw material costs. • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Source, purchase, and negotiate with suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.
• Liaise with vendors and compare proposals for price and specifications.
• Review, negotiate, and agree contracts; monitor quality of service and products.
• Ensure products ordered are received, accounted for, and processed accurately.
• Assist kitchen staff to optimize raw material costs and control expenses.

• Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Procurement Officer in food and beverage, culinary, or a related area.
• MS Office proficiency; ERP software knowledge is an advantage.
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Outstanding numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
