The role operates from the company's Ikeja, Lagos base, working Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. The position sits at the centre of Nova Stores' supply chain and customer order operations.

• Coordinate the procurement of products based on business and customer needs
• Source products from approved suppliers and vendors
• Request and compare supplier quotations and pricing
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Place and track purchase orders
• Ensure purchased products match the required specifications and quantities
• Coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders from confirmation to dispatch
• Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to confirm product availability
• Monitor pending, completed, and outstanding customer orders
• Ensure orders are properly documented and updated
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or incorrect orders
• Coordinate product collection, packaging, and dispatch where required
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and orders
• Assist in negotiating favourable prices and terms with suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and report recurring issues
• Ensure no customer order or procurement request is left unattended
• Prepare regular procurement and order fulfilment reports
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, order processing, logistics, or a related role is an added advantage
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good numeracy and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets and business software
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Honest, responsible, and highly accountable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with gadgets, electronics, or retail products is an added advantage
