Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely acquisition in line with approved policies, budgets, and operational requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors to secure quality products and services at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, requests for quotations, purchase orders, and other procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain vendor records, monitor supplier performance, and resolve procurement and vendor-related issues to support efficient service delivery.
  • Assist with preparation of procurement reports, conduct cost and market analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to support informed purchasing decisions and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock monitoring, issuance of items, and proper documentation to ensure effective utilization and availability of resources.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, administration, or vendor management.
  • Knowledge of procurement principles, inventory management, and vendor administration will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
