Deveote is a product design consultancy seeking a Figma-proficient intern to transition from fundamentals to shipped products. This 3-month remote internship offers direct mentorship from senior designers who have built systems for startups, governments, and corporate organizations, with a clear pathway to full-time employment for top performers.

• Work on live client projects under guidance of senior product designers
• Receive continuous feedback and coaching on design decisions at every step
• Apply Figma proficiency including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping
• Implement principles of hierarchy, layout, typography, spacing, and accessibility
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across product interfaces
• Document design thinking and rationale for case study development
• Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams on digital products

• Real proficiency in Figma: components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping
• Working grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, spacing, and accessibility standards
• Portfolio with at least 2 detailed case studies showing design thinking process (not just final screens)
• High coachability and openness to having first ideas challenged constructively
• Full-time availability for entire 3-month internship duration
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
• Ability to accept feedback gracefully and iterate quickly on designs
• Self-discipline and communication skills essential for remote collaboration
