This role is for a B2B SaaS Platform for Revenue Teams, a company focused on providing software solutions to help businesses streamline their revenue operations. The organization is looking for a Product Education & Technical Documentation Specialist to create clear, practical resources for customers.

• Create clear, concise screen-recorded walkthroughs demonstrating how to use the platform.
• Create written documentation for the platform’s Help Centre.
• Learn the complete integration process for external platforms and document the entire customer journey.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand new features before they are released.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating step-by-step tutorials or technical documentation.
• Confidence navigating unfamiliar software.
• Experience recording screen-based tutorials.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• A habit of testing instructions rather than assuming they work.
