You'll be at the heart of Workpay's technical infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, security, and extensibility. Your decisions will directly impact the performance and reliability of the platform, supporting multiple product teams and enabling the company's continued growth across Africa. This is a high-impact role where you'll bridge technical complexities with product vision.

• Own and evolve technically complex parts of the Workpay platform.
• Translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and traceability of data across systems.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure product decisions meet enterprise-grade standards.
• Break down complex initiatives into phased deliverables.
• Manage dependencies across teams and modules.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• You possess a strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, authentication, system integrations, and platform architecture.
• You have experience working closely with engineering teams on complex, cross-cutting initiatives.
• You can reason about trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term platform health.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving problem spaces.
