The Product Manager Intern will work closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to move products from problem to execution and release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping manage product sprints and following initiatives through to completion.
  • Speaking with Customer Success and customers to understand what people are actually struggling with.
  • Turning customer feedback into useful product insights rather than simply collecting feature requests.
  • Writing clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Working closely with Design, Engineering and QA throughout product development.
  • Testing features before release and looking beyond the happy path.
  • Investigating product problems and helping determine whether we're dealing with a UX problem, a technical issue, a process problem, or something else.
  • Keeping product documentation, decisions and priorities organized.
  • Gradually taking ownership of smaller features and product initiatives.
  • Using AI tools like ChatGPT throughout your workflow to research, think, analyze, document, and work faster without outsourcing your judgment to them.

  • Curious: You naturally want to understand how things work and why.
  • Structured: You can take a messy problem and organize it into something other people can understand.
  • Detail-oriented: You notice things other people overlook.
  • A strong communicator: You can explain your thinking clearly, especially in writing.
  • Hard-working and dependable: If you say you're going to do something, people should be able to trust that you'll follow through.
  • Collaborative: Great products aren't built by Product alone. You'll work across Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success and other teams.
  • Technically curious: You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should care about building good products.
