• Own the product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Lead features from idea to launch.
• Work closely with Tech, Operations and Marketing.
• Improve customer and provider experiences.
• Use data and feedback to drive product decisions.
• Identify opportunities that improve growth, bookings and retention.

• 2+ years’ experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Experience with marketplace/two-sided platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data-driven and commercially minded.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion or Figma is a plus.
