We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will partner with the Head of Products to translate high-level company goals into a clear, actionable product backlog. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from initial discovery through to launch and post-release optimization.

• Partner with the Head of Products to translate high-level company goals into a clear, actionable product backlog that balances new features, technical debt, and user requests.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from initial discovery, requirements, backlog management and scoping through to launch, and post-release optimization for both new and existing products.
• Track and manage development team's work in JIRA and any other approved tool or process like Agile/SCRUM practices.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Legal/Compliance to ensure products are feasible, usable, compliant and delivery of products is within the allotted timeline and budget.
• Support multiple products at different stages of their lifecycle simultaneously.
• Assess and analyse market / business / financial data.
• Conduct user and product research to identify baselines and gaps in the market.
• Create clear, concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories and other product related documents that empower our engineering and design teams to build with speed and precision.
• Monitor and report on users' reactions after launching.
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or Identity Management.
• Knowledge of product management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Strong time management skills.
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just "guess"; you use data (SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.) to back up your decisions.
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple products.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
