A technology company is seeking a Product Operations Intern to bridge product functionality with local user needs through AI-driven content localization and community management. This role offers hands-on experience in mapping user journeys, optimizing digital experiences, and executing localized campaigns within an AI-focused product team.

• Experience product features daily and map out local user journeys to identify drop-off points
• Suggest optimizations based on user behavior analysis and feedback patterns
• Localize product UI, feature descriptions, operational assets, and AI use cases for cultural relevance
• Ensure localized content aligns with local user habits and communication styles naturally
• Manage official local social media channels and user communities actively
• Respond to first-line user inquiries and collect actionable feedback systematically
• Create localized operational content including AI feature introductions and tutorials
• Execute day-to-day campaign operations and support marketing initiatives for AI adoption
• Ensure timely follow-up on all operational tasks and user engagement activities

• Major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Fluent in English as primary working language
• Highly efficient in using AI tools and comfortable with GenAI products like ChatGPT and Claude
• Strong sense of ownership and execution capability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Capacity to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Nigerian digital culture and user preferences
• Excellent written communication skills for content creation and community engagement
