• Enter daily production transactions into the ERP system accurately and on time
• Record production orders, material usage, finished goods, and wastage data
• Verify production records to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Reconcile production data with inventory and warehouse records regularly
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support inventory stock counts, production audits, and maintain organized documentation
• Report ERP-related issues affecting data entry to the IT team promptly

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in production data entry or administration within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for production transactions (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Tally ERP is an added advantage
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
