We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Production Manager** to oversee end-to-end garment production operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to meet quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost targets. The ideal candidate must understand garment manufacturing processes and be able to lead a large production team effectively.

* Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules to meet output targets and delivery deadlines.
* Supervise cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and quality control units to ensure smooth workflow.
* Monitor production line performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
* Ensure accurate documentation of production reports, output numbers, material usage, and wastage.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure garments meet company and client specifications.
* Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and admin teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
* Train and supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and factory workers.
* Enforce safety standards, compliance policies, and best manufacturing practices.
* Troubleshoot production issues quickly to avoid downtime.
* Provide weekly and monthly production analysis to management.

 

* OND/HND/BSc in Production Management, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* **5+ years experience** in garment manufacturing or textile production (mandatory).
* Strong understanding of garment operations — cutting, sewing, finishing, QC, and machine handling.
* Proven experience managing large production teams.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong reporting skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
