- BSc/HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Agricultural Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of agro-processing (cleaning, sorting, drying, milling, packaging, etc.).
- Willing to work in a production environment and multitask.
- Detail-oriented with interest in quality and process control.
- Willingness to learn production and procurement.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
