• To ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates, meeting specific quality standards as required by marketing plans
• To ensure maintenance programs are carried out promptly and the continuous availability of equipment/machines
• Ensure implementation of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OH&SE)
• Continuous improvement, communication, and employee relations
• To prepare reports (daily productions, forecast and plant compliance) to account for monthly variances and confirmation of the monthly production plan
• Managing team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned
• Ensure the shop floor complies with global best practices in terms of GMP, GHK, and continuous improvement

• B.Sc / B.Eng / HND in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
• 3–5 years experience in soap, cosmetics, or personal/home care manufacturing
• Knowledge of ERP, Health & Safety
• Strong planning, analytical & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent Analytical and Numerical skills
• Excellent planning and scheduling skills
• Good communication skills
