The Frootaz Place is seeking to hire a highly skilled and professional Chef to join our team in Yaba, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing both local and international dishes, excellent knowledge of kitchen etiquette and hygiene, and strong documentation skills.

· Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

· Prepare and present high-quality meals in line with company standards.
· Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
· Develop and standardize recipes.
· Maintain proper kitchen documentation and records.
· Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities when required.

· Must be a highly professional and experienced Chef.
· Strong expertise in preparing both local and international dishes.
· Must have excellent knowledge of kitchen etiquette, hygiene, and food safety standards.
· Ability to maintain high-quality food presentation and consistency.
· Must be very organized and detail-oriented.
· Strong ability in documentation (recipes, kitchen records, inventory tracking, etc.).
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
