• Design and develop engaging courses and curricula
• Transform expert insights into clear, practical learning modules
• Create lesson scripts, slides, worksheets, assessments, and workbooks
• Work with our Founder and training team to refine and elevate content
• Research trends in leadership, personal development, education & corporate training
• Ensure all courses follow instructional best practices
• Support online, hybrid, and in-person learning formats
• Collaborate with marketing on course descriptions and promotional content

• Experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Strong writing, structuring, and research skills

• Experience in personal development or corporate training (an advantage)
