- Minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Understanding of gender, civic space strengthening, development, and human rights issues in Nigeria.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Proven project management skills in complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Ability to provide practical solutions within set deadlines.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
