- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, education, student services, or nonprofit work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups (students, mentors, donors, professionals)
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills and the ability to create effective tracking systems
- Strong written communication skills for reports and correspondence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Research skills to identify and recruit potential mentors across various industries
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and bridging communication gaps
- Empathy and passion for education and youth development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and communication tools
- Experience with student mentorship or scholarship programs is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with students and professionals
- Self-motivated with the ability to design and implement accountability systems
