- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Public Health, Health Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, Medicine, Pharmacy, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
- Demonstrated qualitative research skills and experience supporting the development of research-based materials
- Basic understanding of data handling tasks, including data entry, organization, and simple data checks
- Strong willingness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Alignment with organizational values, including being people-oriented, evidence-driven, impact-focused, and demonstrating ownership
