Design Catalogue Ltd is seeking a Project Architect with 3-5 years of experience. If you are a creative architect with a passion for design and a proven track record in Construction Documentation and Project Administration, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity

1. Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts and ideas for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
2. Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings to clients.
3. Develop construction documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
4. Manage projects from inception to completion, including project administration, budgeting (optional), and scheduling.
5. Manage and head the design team as a studio head.
6. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
7. Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project progress and address issues that arise.
8. Research new materials, technologies, and construction techniques to inform design decisions and improve project outcomes.

1. Master’s degree in architecture.
2. 3-5 years of experience (Post-Nysc) in design, construction documentation, and project administration.
3. Strong design skills and a portfolio of previous work demonstrating creativity and innovation.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
6. Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Nigeria.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Availability to work full-time in Lagos, Nigeria.
