We are hiring an experienced Project Development Manager with strong background in logistics or freight forwarding companies. A professional with hands-on experience in logistics operations, shipping, customs processes, and project management within a logistics company.

• Develop and manage logistics and operational projects
• Identify new business and logistics opportunities
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research
• Coordinate teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Improve operational efficiency and delivery timelines
• Manage relationships with customs, agents, and logistics partners
• Ensure compliance with shipping and trade regulations
• Prepare reports and project updates

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a logistics/freight forwarding company

• Strong understanding of international shipping and customs procedures

• Proven project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• PMP/PRINCE2 is an added advantage
