• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities and timelines.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed through.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays or challenges when necessary.
• Maintain proper records of project files and communications.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct research and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational tasks as assigned.

• Currently serving corps member (NYSC) posted to Lagos.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or ClickUp is nice to have.
• Previous internship or work experience in project management is nice to have.
