A construction and façade specialist is seeking an experienced male Project Manager to lead aluminium, glass, and site operations. This role requires strong leadership for coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards across multiple active sites in Lagos.

• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors for smooth project execution
• Manage projects from planning through completion ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget
• Define project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and execution plans with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project schedules and track progress against key milestones consistently
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
• Manage project changes, risks, and potential challenges proactively to minimize delays
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout lifecycle
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and provide transparent updates
• Supervise site activities daily and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Identify areas requiring adjustments, corrections, or rework on-site promptly
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members based on individual skills and project needs
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management review

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project management specifically within construction environments
• Strong understanding of aluminium, glass, façade works, and general site operations
• Proven client management and supervisory skills for diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify quality issues during inspections
• PMP certification is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising standards
