• Assist in planning and coordinating projects from initiation to completion and track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and assigned tasks.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders while preparing project updates, reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and identify potential delays, risks, or issues for escalation.
• Support client communication with regular progress updates, work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are delivered, and contribute to improving project management processes.

• Bachelor's degree / HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or related role.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a technology environment.
