- Education: A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in project implementation, climate programming, environmental advocacy, or development work. Experience working with youth, schools, or community-based projects is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
- An understanding of climate change, sustainability, or environmental education is desirable.
- Committed to community development and sustainability.
