The Pump Maintenance Trainee will receive hands-on training in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fuel dispensing pumps and forecourt equipment across retail stations.

Danco Petroleum Limited is a downstream oil and gas company operating retail stations across Nigeria. The organisation is committed to developing technical talent through hands-on training in fuel dispensing equipment and forecourt maintenance.

• Assist in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fuel dispensing pumps.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in dispensers, motors, meters, valves, and related components.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry standards.
• Assist senior technicians during repairs and emergency maintenance.
• Support the maintenance of compressors, generators, and other station equipment where required.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

• Minimum of SSCE, OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or any related technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems is an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to various company locations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
