About the Role
HFN Investments is hiring a QA/QC Lead to oversee quality assurance and finishing standards across our development. This role is critical to ensuring all construction and finishing works meet international hospitality standards and are delivered snag-free through to final handover.
 

- Finishing Quality & Technical Control 
- QA/QC Systems & Site Governance
- Material & Contractor Control
- Prepare clear, professional QA/QC reports, snag lists, and close-out documentation.
- Support final inspections, snag closure, and quality documentation required for project handover.
 

Minimum Experience Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following:
- 8 - 10 years in the Nigerian construction industry, with at least 4 years specifically in a QA/QC role for luxury hospitality or premium real estate.
- Registered member of a relevant professional body (COREN, NIOB, or NIA).
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Building Technology, or Architecture.
- A firm, professional approach with zero tolerance for substandard workmanship.
- An exceptional eye for identifying minor finishing defects and structural inconsistencies.
