The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality management systems to ensure that manufactured products consistently meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations. The role ensures quality is embedded across production processes, from raw materials to finished goods.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Establish and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including NAFDAC, SON, and relevant international standards.
• Oversee QC processes, conduct internal quality audits and support external audits and inspections.
• Monitor product quality performance, analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Manage quality documentation, records, and reporting systems.
• Drive a strong quality culture across the manufacturing operation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in quality assurance or quality management within plastic industry.
• Experienced as a Quality Control Manager or Quality Assurance Manager
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or related quality certifications are an advantage.
• Experience from a plastic industry, injection household and furniture production
