• Confirm that items selected for fulfilment match customer orders in terms of product, quantity, size, color, and other applicable variants
• Examine items for visible defects, damage, stains, missing components, or other quality concerns before packaging
• Ensure products are properly packaged, securely sealed, and appropriately labelled for delivery or collection
• Verify order invoices, delivery labels, and other relevant order details for accuracy before dispatch
• Identify and promptly report discrepancies, damaged items, incorrect products, and other concerns to the supervisor
• Assist with sorting, organizing, and preparing orders for dispatch or customer collection
• Work closely with the E-commerce, Customer Service, and Sales teams
• Follow the approved quality control checklist and fulfilment procedures
• Assist with additional fulfilment activities as required during Black Friday and Christmas sales

• A minimum of an OND; Degree is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or product defects
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and standard operating procedures accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high order volumes
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Previous experience in quality control, inventory management, order fulfilment, warehousing, or logistics operations is an advantage but not mandatory
