A company in the food production industry is seeking a Quality Control Intern for an NYSC placement. The role involves assisting in the inspection of raw materials, production processes, and finished products; conducting routine quality checks; and supporting hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance. The position is based in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos.

• Assist in inspecting raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Help in maintaining QC records and documentation.
• Support hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance on the shop floor.
• Assist during internal quality audits and inspections.
• Support corrective and preventive action processes.
• Report quality deviations to the QC Lead/Officer.

• Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Production, Bio-chemistry, Microbiology, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to learn and work in a production/factory environment.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
