- 5–8 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with a mix of consultancy and contracting backgrounds
- Proven experience in commercial or retail roll-outs (e.g., banking branches or retail outlets)
- Experience managing infrastructure projects across different geographical regions in Nigeria
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Quantity Surveying
- Mandatory Professional Membership: Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)
- Mandatory Registration: Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
Preferred Qualifications:
- HSE Certification or membership in Facilities Management bodies (e.g., IFMA)
- Expertise in scale-up environments where speed and cost-efficiency are balanced
