The Real Estate Marketer will generate leads and build a client pipeline, market and present premium property portfolios, coordinate and conduct site inspections with buyers, close deals, and manage client relationships for referrals.

• Salary: Monthly base allowance (covers transport + data for onsite days) + Uncapped commissions

• Recent graduate (post-NYSC) ready to resume immediately OR currently serving NYSC corps member in Lagos seeking a PPA.
• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or any field (passion > degree).
• Must live in Lagos and can commute to Iyana Ipaja 2 days a week.
• Confident, persuasive, and not afraid to speak to high-net-worth individuals.
• No experience required – hunger and communication skills are key.
