As we scale our portfolio, we are seeking a commercially minded Real Estate Property Manager to join our team. This is not just a facilities role; you will be responsible for driving the operational and financial performance of our income-producing residential and mixed-use assets.

• Asset Optimization: oversee the lifecycle of income-generating assets to maximize yield and property value.
• Financial Performance: Drive aggressive occupancy targets, manage rent collection cycles, and minimize arrears.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate diverse service providers, vendors, and facility operations to ensure institutional standards are met.
• Reporting: Prepare structured operational and financial performance reports suitable for REIT regulatory compliance and investor review.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in property, facility, or asset management.
• Track Record: Proven success in managing multiple estates or a significant property portfolio.
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of lease administration, service charge budgeting, and tenant relationship management.
• Advantage: Prior experience with institutional landlords, REITs, or asset management firms is highly desirable.
