Job Description

A diversified group of companies with interests in radio broadcasting and real estate is seeking a professional and digitally savvy Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

· Greet visitors and manage front desk communications
· Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
· Handle emails, phone calls, and office documentation
· Support social media posting and engagement for the radio station
· Provide general administrative and office coordination support

Required Skills

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
· 3–5 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
