The Receptionist will greet clients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain client records.

ELARA Aesthetics & Wellness is a luxury medspa, fitness studio, and cafe in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, committed to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

• Greet and welcome clients warmly in person and on the phone.
• Manage appointments, bookings and schedule optimization.
• Handle phone calls, emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist clients with information about services, pricing and policies.
• Maintain client records and update the booking system.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

• Minimum OND in any related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (medspa/hospitality experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, friendly and respectful.
• Must reside in Lagos and be willing to work in Lekki Phase 1.
