• Welcome clients, offer refreshments, and manage service flow
• Manage the appointment calendar to prevent double bookings
• Answer calls, WhatsApp, and IG DMs to convert inquiries into bookings
• Handle POS transactions, issue receipts, and prepare daily sales reports
• Maintain client databases and ensure records remain confidential
• Upsell spa packages and retail products to clients
• Keep the reception area, lounge, and restrooms spotless and pleasant
• Manage staff attendance logs and provide general support to management
• Handle client complaints calmly and escalate issues as necessary
• Create daily reels, stories, and social media content to grow the online brand

• Minimum of OND
• Must possess a beautiful, presentable, and well-groomed luxury image
• Computer literate (Ability to operate POS, edit using Canva/CapCut is an advantage)
• Social media savvy (IG, TikTok, reels)
• Well-spoken with fluent English and confidence on camera
• Matured
• Must reside close to Iyana-Ipaja
