• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Match customer repayment records with bank statements.
• Resolve reconciliation and settlement discrepancies.
• Liaise with banks and payment partners on unmatched transactions.
• Respond to customer repayment enquiries.
• Support process improvement and product optimization.

• Bachelor's Degree, HND or Master's Degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
