The role involves reconciling accounts, processing commission reports, and advising on un-uploaded contributions.

• Ensure that uploads are accurately reconciled daily and transfer instructions sent out to the custodian for treatment.
• Accurately reconcile the position of all accounts to prevent differences.
• Treat reports for the Commission and evidence of payment instructions for requesting employers.
• Reconcile not-uploaded contributions and advise that they should be uploaded into TCF or UCR.

• Type of Qualification: BSc in any social science-related discipline.
• Experience Required: 1-2 years in reconciliations or operations.
• Basic knowledge of transaction processing workflow and control processes.
• General knowledge of pension matters.
