The Recovery Manager will manage overdue accounts, support clients through structured repayment solutions, and negotiate sustainable payment plans.

FINRA is a digital platform focused on secure and efficient property transactions, supported by a remote international team. The company is building a digital platform that streamlines processes, reduces costs, and enhances the security of transactions in the property acquisition sector.

• Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Investigate the root cause of delayed payments and propose fair recovery plans.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and payment agreements.
• Work closely with the Sales and Retention teams to retain long-term clients.
• Track recovery targets and report progress to the operations lead.
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize accounts by risk level.
• Escalate complex disputes to senior management when necessary.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving mindset.
• Good working computer and stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Experience with CRM or spreadsheet tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, or account management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn — full training provided in English.
