Job Description

Our Human Resources team is looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, a strong ability to spot top talent, and a track record of filling roles within tight timelines.
 

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
* Source and assess high-quality candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers and provide market insights
* Drive employer branding and proactive talent sourcing
* Maintain accurate documentation and support onboarding
 

Required Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
* Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
* Strong communication, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
