Job Description

The Recruiting Intern will assist recruiters in coordinating on-campus and in-office events, managing candidate data, communicating interview logistics, supporting the application screening process, and performing administrative tasks for the Africa recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters in coordinating on-campus and in-office events, including identifying assessors for interview days, arranging logistics, reserving conference rooms, and preparing materials.
  • Assist in management of candidate data including maintaining accurate and up-to-date application information in recruiting systems and running reports.
  • Communicate interview logistics to candidates and respond to general process inquiries.
  • Support the application screening process.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks and update the recruiting calendar.
  • Help coordinate the hiring of consultants through recruiting events.

Required Skills

  • University degree required.
  • Some experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Employer Branding is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of basic computer applications.
  • Strong customer service orientation; excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to execute strategies effectively and deliver results.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
