Are you an experienced, results-driven Recruitment Specialist with a knack for identifying, engaging, and assessing top talent across diverse industries? Do you possess 2-3 years of core recruitment experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting varied client mandates? Then this is your moment. 
At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, you will drive the successful placement of candidates by managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and candidate assessment to offer management, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective, multi-channel sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engagequalified candidates for active client vacancies. 
  • Utilize various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
  • Candidate Assessment (CBA): Conduct comprehensive Candidate Behavioral Assessments (CBA), structured interviews, and background checks to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for client mandates, ensuring candidates are moved efficiently through the funnel from initial contact to final offer.
  • Client & Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and act as an effective liaison between clients and candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Market Mapping: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within Nigeria to advise clients accurately.
     

Required Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of progressive, hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in an agency/consulting environment or a demanding in-house setting.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and the ability to conduct robust, competency-based interviews/assessments.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Consultative Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
