This role supports the hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. The recruitment intern will gain hands-on exposure to real hiring processes and client interactions.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms
• Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

• BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently serving)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
