Required Skills

  • achelor's degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' practical recruitment/talent acquisition experience; agency recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to source, interview, assess, and recommend candidates.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
