We are hiring a Regional HR Administrator to support HR operations across multiple regions, with strong focus on attendance management, sales workforce support, and HR administration.
Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage attendance (biometric & non-biometric), headcount verification, and payroll inputs.
Process leave requests and maintain accurate HR and payroll records.
Support Out-of-Station employees across Southwest, North Central, South-South, and East regions.
Monitor sales workforce performance and prepare daily/weekly HR reports for management.
Provide HR administrative support to Sales and other operational units.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle employee queries and disciplinary follow-ups.
B.Sc./HND in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in HR administration (FMCG or sales environment preferred).
Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll support, and workforce coordination.
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented with strong reporting skills.
