• Drive retail deposit mobilisation and customer growth across key commercial hubs in Abuja
• Handle cash and customer funds transparently, backed by verifiable guarantors
• Build and maintain relationships with local business hubs, market clusters, and trade associations

• WAEC, NECO, or OND holders
• 1 to 2 years' direct sales experience in Cooperatives, MFBs, or Fintechs driving retail deposits or thrift collection
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (fluency in English, Hausa, and Pidgin is an advantage)
• High integrity with a transparent track record handling cash, backed by verifiable guarantors
• Deep familiarity with local business hubs, market clusters, and trade associations in Abuja
• Applicants must reside within or around Durumi, Gaduwa, Games Village, Galadimawa, Gudu, and Kaura
