OmniPay Limited is a fintech company seeking target-driven Relationship Officers to acquire and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories. • Acquire and onboard new FMCG distributor customers effectively
• Complete and verify all KYC documentation accurately and compliantly
• Drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), product adoption, and portfolio growth
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent field visits and engagement
• Monitor loan repayments and escalate credit risks promptly when necessary
• Share market insights and submit detailed activity reports regularly
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets consistently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction history

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in field sales, FMCG distribution, fintech, microfinance, or lending
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship management capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory compliance standards
• Proficiency in mobile data collection tools and CRM systems
• Resilience and self-motivation for achieving targets in dynamic environments
• Valid means of identification and clean credit history preferred
